เข้าสู่ระบบแล้วไปที่ My Tarot → บัญชีและข้อมูล คุณส่งออกข้อมูลเป็น JSON ลบการอ่านแต่ละรายการ ลบบันทึกทั้งหมด หรือขอลบบัญชีได้ ก่อนลบให้ส่งออกข้อมูลที่ต้องการเก็บไว้ การลบข้อมูลในเครื่องของผู้ไม่มีบัญชีทำได้ในหน้าเดียวกันหรือผ่านการล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ในเบราว์เซอร์

Sign in and open My Tarot → Account & data to export JSON, delete individual readings, erase journal data or request account deletion. Export anything you want to keep first. Guests can erase local data there or in browser site settings.

Before deleting an account with paid Plus, cancel renewal in Stripe Customer Portal and check the paid-period end date. Deletion may wait until that period ends to avoid billing an absent account. For earlier deletion, contact Sirapop.phuwa@gmail.com so access and billing can be handled safely.

If you cannot access your account or need data outside the export, contact Sirapop.phuwa@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the account. We may verify identity first. Do not email passwords, full card numbers or birth details. We respond within the legal timeframe and explain any payment records that must be retained.
