คุณยกเลิกการต่ออายุได้ทุกเมื่อผ่านหน้าจัดการสมาชิก การยกเลิกไม่ได้ลบประวัติการอ่านและไม่ได้ตัดสิทธิของรอบที่ชำระแล้วทันที ระบบแสดงวันสิ้นสุดสิทธิจากสถานะที่ Stripe ยืนยัน

You can cancel renewal at any time in subscription management. Cancellation does not erase readings or immediately end the paid period. The account shows the verified access end date.

หากถูกเรียกเก็บซ้ำ ถูกเรียกเก็บโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ยอดไม่ตรงกับที่แสดงก่อนชำระ ถูกเรียกเก็บหลังยกเลิก หรือบริการที่ชำระเงินใช้ไม่ได้ โปรดติดต่อ Sirapop.phuwa@gmail.com พร้อมวันชำระ ยอด และเลขอ้างอิงการชำระเงิน โดยไม่ส่งเลขบัตรเต็มหรือรหัสผ่าน เราจะตรวจข้อมูลกับ Stripe ตอบกลับโดยเร็ว แจ้งผลพร้อมเหตุผล และคืนเงินเมื่อข้อเท็จจริงหรือตามกฎหมายกำหนด คำขออื่นจะพิจารณาเป็นรายกรณี ข้อนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย

For duplicate or unauthorized charges, a wrong amount, charges after cancellation or an unusable paid service, contact Sirapop.phuwa@gmail.com with the payment date, amount and payment reference, never a full card number or password. We will check Stripe records, respond promptly, explain the outcome and issue a refund where the facts or law require it. Other requests are reviewed case by case. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

สิทธิในการบอกเลิกและคืนเงินอาจต่างกันตามข้อเท็จจริงและกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่ใช้กับธุรกรรมของคุณ เงื่อนไขนี้ไม่ลดสิทธิที่กฎหมายให้ไว้ หากยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข คุณสามารถติดต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค (สคบ.) ได้

Cancellation and refund rights can depend on the facts and applicable consumer law. These terms do not reduce statutory rights. You may contact Thailand's Office of the Consumer Protection Board if the issue remains unresolved.
